Harbor Watch Capital Projects

A Maintenance and Capital project List has been developed with input from the community and will be continually updated as projects are identified and/or completed. As a general rule, maintenance projects have priority over capital projects since they are needed to maintain or secure the common areas in the community. Capital projects will generally be funded based upon cost/benefits, project costs, available funding, lot owner input, etc.
